据水利部消息，受降雨影响，昨天到今天，广西桂南沿海防城河，云南金沙江支流冷水河，江西鄱阳湖水系昌江上游、博阳河，浙江太湖周边杭嘉平运河，吉林松花江吉林段支流沐石河等23条河流发生超警以上洪水，其中吉林沐石河、广西防城河等中小河流发生有实测资料以来最大洪水。（央视新闻）
