今年第10号台风“美莎克”影响海南后继续向北移动。中央气象台消息显示，台风“美莎克”（强热带风暴级）的中心已于4日21时前后在越南广宁省沿海再次登陆。新华社记者赶赴广西防城港东兴市，在台风影响一线发回现场报道。
