新华社沈阳7月4日电（记者邹明仲）记者4日从辽宁省抚顺市防汛抗旱指挥部获悉，7月4日凌晨1时至7时许，抚顺市区出现特大暴雨，全市平均降水量106毫米，最大降水量329.2毫米，1小时、3小时、6小时降雨强度均超历史极值。全市转移人口3596人。暴雨导致3人死亡。
抚顺市全力开展抢险救灾工作，社会生活秩序逐步恢复。
