辽宁抚顺防汛抗旱指挥部发布通报：7月4日凌晨1时至7时许，抚顺市区出现特大暴雨，全市平均降水量106毫米，最大降水量329.2毫米，1小时、3小时、6小时降雨强度均超历史极值。抚顺全市转移人口3596人。暴雨导致3人死亡。
