台风登陆消息
台风“美莎克”（强热带风暴级）的中心已于4日晚上9点前后在越南广宁省沿海再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有10级（28米/秒），中心最低气压为985百帕。
预计“美莎克”将继续向偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。
