雪祺电气(001387)7月3日公告，股东志道投资于7月3日与刘翔签署了《股份转让协议》，志道投资拟将其持有的公司2314.99万股（占公司总股本比例的12.6481%）通过协议转让的方式转让给刘翔，转让价格为12.8元/股，转让总价款为2.96亿元。受让方刘翔长期深耕家电产业，主要从事洗衣机减速离合器等零部件制造及贸易，具备一定的产业背景。
