7月3日，鹏欣资源（600490）发布公告，计划以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于2600万元且不超过5000万元，回购价格上限为9元/股，回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励，实施期限为12个月。
2026年一季度，鹏欣资源实现收入9.80亿元，归母净利润1.10亿元。
