2026年7月3日，豪能股份(603809.SH)公告，全资子公司重庆豪能传动技术有限公司完成增资工商变更登记，注册资本由2.7亿元增至7.7亿元。
公司于2026年6月25日召开董事会审议通过使用募集资金5亿元对重庆豪能增资，增资后仍为公司的全资子公司。重庆豪能法定代表人仍为扶平，经营范围涵盖汽车零部件及配件制造、摩托车零配件制造、齿轮及变速箱制造销售等业务。
