北京商报讯（记者 陶凤 实习记者 沈心语）7月1日，中炬高新发布公告称，公司于2025年12月29日董事会、2026年1月19日股东会审议通过回购议案，同意使用3亿至6亿元的自有资金及银行股票回购专项贷款，以不超过人民币26.00元/股的价格，通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，用于注销并减少公司注册资本。截至2026年6月底，公司累计回购股份1655.88万股，占总股本2.14%，已支付总金额30999.76万元，回购价17.25-19.95元/股。
