上赛季效力湖人期间，肯纳德常规赛出战32场，场均登场23分钟，贡献9分2.6篮板2.4助攻，投篮、三分及罚球命中率分别高达52.7%、44.8%和91.2%。进入季后赛，他出战10场，场均时间升至32.6分钟，数据提升至11.5分3.5篮板2.3助攻，三项命中率则分别为48.8%、47.4%与82.6%。
