当地时间6月30日，一份声明显示，壳牌旗下子公司Shell Offshore Inc.已同意将其在美洲湾一座石油平台及邻近油田的权益以17亿美元出售给Talos Energy Inc.和Ridgewood Energy。
该交易生效日期为2025年7月1日，预计将于2026年底前完成，尚需获得监管批准。
