6月30日，省财政厅在中央国债登记结算公司成功发行今年第五批政府债券390.2亿元，其中新增债券279.8亿元，再融资债券110.4亿元。本批债券期限包含5年、10年、15年、20年、30年期，平均利率2.07%，平均投标倍数为20.62倍。至此，山西省2026年上半年累计发行政府债券1230.43亿元，全年发行进度达66%，实现时间任务双过半。
