论坛背景与宗旨
为搭建全球企业治理、人文建设与教育工程跨界学术交流平台,深化海内外产教研融合创新,由科罗拉多社会科学院、环球智领域(香港)杂志社与香港国际精英教育研究院共同发起,联合组建“企业治理、人文与教育工程国际论坛”组委会主席团,正式创办本论坛。
论坛旨在汇聚全球企业管理、公司治理、人文社科、教育工程等领域的顶尖学者、行业领袖与政策专家,围绕数智时代下企业治理模式的变革与重塑、人文精神在商业实践中的价值回归,以及教育工程在人才培养与组织发展中的创新路径,展开深度对话与协同研究。

论坛秉持“以治促企、以文化人、以教兴工”的宗旨,强调在技术驱动的商业环境中强化人文引领,推动企业治理从合规管理走向价值共创,构建有温度、有责任、可持续的现代治理生态。

International Forum on Corporate Governance, Humanities and Education Engineering
Background and Mission
To establish a global interdisciplinary academic exchange platform for corporate governance, humanities development, and education engineering, and to deepen the integration and innovation of industry, academia, and research across borders, theGlobal Wisdom Fields (Hong Kong) Magazineof the Colorado Academy of Social Sciences, together with theHong Kong International Elite Education Institute, have jointly initiated and formed the Organizing Committee Presidium for theInternational Forum on Corporate Governance, Humanities and Education Engineering.
The Forum brings together leading scholars, industry executives, and policy experts from the fields of business management, corporate governance, humanities, and education engineering. It focuses on the transformation of governance models in the digital intelligence era, the re-integration of humanistic values into business practice, and the innovative role of education engineering in talent development and organizational growth, fostering in-depth dialogue and collaborative research.
Core Philosophy
Guided by the principle of“Governance for Enterprise Excellence, Humanities for Human Flourishing, and Education Engineering for Talent Development,”the Forum emphasizes humanistic leadership in a technology-driven business environment, steering corporate governance from mere compliance toward value co-creation, and building a modern governance ecosystem that is responsible, sustainable, and people‑centered.

The Presidium of the Organizing Committee is composed of representatives from the initiating organizations and invited international experts, responsible for the Forum’s strategic design, agenda planning, and expert selection.
