6月29日上交所新增受理英韧科技股份有限公司（简称英韧科技）科创板上市申请。公司拟募集资金32.33亿元。
英韧科技成立于2017年6月，公司主营业务为数据存储主控芯片和固态硬盘(SSD)的研发、设计及销售。本次发行保荐机构为国泰海通证券股份有限公司。
