七八月的6个避开酷暑的好去处，山水清凉，风光治愈，生活惬意

1、青海-祁连

得天独厚的高原避暑地，夏天基本在15℃-25℃之间。

七八月的祁连山草原绿意盎然，远处雪山连绵，近处牛羊悠闲地吃着草，风吹过时，草浪起伏。

卓尔山的雪山、草原、丹霞地貌，汇成一幅油画。再看看花田和清流，能感受到高原特有的辽阔和温柔。

阿咪东索山腰的林海郁郁葱葱，和远处的雪山形成鲜明对比。走到高处，视野特别开阔，经幡在风中飘扬，有种天地宁静的感觉。

2、贵州-六盘水

盛夏均温19℃，凉爽无酷暑，周边自然环境是天然避暑氧吧。

乌蒙大草原的山风吹拂着高山草甸，满眼绿意。体感温度和眼睛都舒服。逛古朴的水城古镇，穿梭清幽的大洞竹海。

野玉海乘坐森林小火车穿行山林云雾间，凉意一阵接一阵。

盛夏的海坪彝族小镇，即将迎来一年中最热闹的火把节。小住避暑，顺便参与节日狂欢。

3、山东-威海

干净、清爽，适合夏季避暑的海滨城市，三面环海，微风习习，白天均温25℃上下，极少超过30℃。

环海路从金海滩到国际海水浴场，人少沙细，随时可以停下来看海。早上去火炬八街，趁着人少，拍一张通向大海的路。猫头山选一个观景台，看海听浪，这里的海是透澈的湛蓝。

4、湖北-恩施-利川

夹藏在重庆与恩施之间的清凉山水，原始山林环抱，空气清新负离子充足。

山顶小镇，谋道镇苏马荡，海拔1500米左右，夏季均温22℃周边配套很成熟，绝佳的避暑旅居好去处。

腾龙洞洞厅极其开阔，常年恒温14-18℃，夏季十分凉爽。咆哮的清江水跌入地下的“卧龙吞江”瀑布，气势磅礴。

龙船水乡坐船穿过地下暗河，钟乳石在生态灯光下像水晶宫，傍晚可以乘霓虹画舫游清江。

5、浙江-温州-洞头

五彩斑斓的渔村，山海之间的断崖，热火朝天的港口。无需乘船，从温州市区乘车就能抵达的海岛风光。

依山傍海的七彩洞头村，房屋五彩斑斓，晴天如童话小屋，海上阳台可以看日落。

6、云南-普者黑

6-8月的普者黑，万亩荷塘与喀斯特峰林交织成一首夏日诗篇。荷花已经连绵盛放，乘船穿梭荷塘与溶洞，处处都是好风景。

日出或日落前攀登青龙山，光线柔美，俯瞰整片普者黑全景。

白脸山村是普者黑最大的荷花观景点，栈道穿行万亩荷塘，仿佛走进荷花海洋。

仙人洞村的石板路、临湖民宿，山水田园的惬意都在生活里。早起看湖面晨雾，水汽氤氲中，峰林倒影如仙境，远山朦胧如水墨画，拍照绝美。

西荒湿地人少清静，水草丰茂，峰林环绕，是湿地生态观鸟的好去处。
