人民财讯6月29日电，海川智能(300720)6月29日公告，公司拟通过股权受让形式以1.3亿元购买南京集溢半导体科技有限公司（以下简称“标的公司”）15.3%的股权。标的公司主要产品为砷化镓（GaAs）晶片、原材料4N金属镓（N代表纯度），该两类产品2025年收入占比分别约为84.77%、15.02%。公司拟通过本次交易实现在半导体产业的战略布局。
