6月29日，鹏鼎控股（002938）发布公告，公司决定向全资子公司鹏鼎科技增资新台币20亿元，以满足其营运发展需求，增资由公司全资子公司鹏鼎国际出资，资金来源为公司自有资金。
同时，公司决定向控股子公司新加坡鹏鼎增资71.82亿泰铢，为了支持公司在泰国园区的投资建设，资金来源为公司自有资金，增资后，公司持股将由70%增至72.25%。
2026年一季度，鹏鼎控股实现收入79.86亿元，归母净利润4.63亿元。
