6月29日，公司在互动平台回答表示，公司深耕Ⅲ-Ⅴ族化合物（GaAs、GaN、InP等）半导体领域，构建了从材料外延、芯片设计到工艺制造的全链条自主技术体系；并通过参股公司，把产业延展至砷化镓和磷化铟衬底的产品制造和技术研发。
