雷达财经讯，天眼查App显示，近日，四川川投燃气发电集团有限责任公司发生工商变更，企业名称变更为四川能源气电集团有限责任公司，姚欣卸任法定代表人，由谭先明接任，同时，注册资本由37亿人民币增至62亿人民币，增幅约68%。
该公司成立于1994年5月，经营范围包括发电业务、输电业务、供（配）电业务，石油天然气技术服务，热力生产和供应等，由四川能源发展集团有限责任公司全资持股。
