6月24日，盛邦安全（688651）发布公告，公司拟通过全资子公司西安盛邦星通科技有限公司购买土地使用权，投资建设“智能通信安全研发制造基地项目”。
此次投资总额约为2.49亿元，其中固定资产投资额约为1.99亿元（含土地出让金），资金来源包括自有资金、银行贷款等方式。预计项目建设期为48个月，预计开工时间为2027年1月1日。
2026年一季度，盛邦安全实现收入4412万元，归母净利润-1573万元。
