当地时间6月22日，总部位于爱尔兰的建筑材料集团CRH同意以85亿美元收购竞争对手Arcosa。此举将成为CRH有史以来规模最大的收购案，并提升其在美国市场的地位。
CRH将以每股150美元的价格收购Arcosa投资者所持股份，此次交易对该集团的估值为85亿美元（包括债务）。
