6月21日举办的2026APEC工商领导人中国论坛上，京东创始人刘强东表示，将来机器人将取代快递员送货。为应对变化，京东内部已提出“涅槃计划”，将把集团快递员在内的70万蓝领工人送到学校培训，将来可以给机器人做维修和保养。刘强东在会议上也呼吁，社会针对如何应对AI时代和机器人时代，应该尽早进入国际标准制定。
