新京报贝壳财经讯 6月21日，智微智能公告，公司于2026年6月18日召开董事会审议通过拟购买资产议案，为满足智算业务板块布局需要，拟向多家供应商分批采购服务器及配套设备，总金额不超过人民币40亿元。该交易不构成重大资产重组及关联交易，尚需提交股东会审议。
