苑东生物(688513.SH)公告称，公司全资子公司西藏润禾收到税务机关《税务行政处罚事项告知书》，拟认定其在2017年至2021年度取得上游服务商虚开及作废发票，应补缴企业所得税857.91万元，并处罚款428.96万元及相应滞纳金。基于谨慎性原则，西藏润禾已预提相关税款、滞纳金及罚款，预计不影响公司2026年度净利润。
