北京商报讯（记者 马换换 李佳雪）6月17日晚间，*ST天山（300313）披露公告称，公司提交的撤销公司股票退市风险警示及其他风险警示的申请已获得深交所审核同意。公司股票6月18日停牌一天，并于6月22日起复牌。
*ST天山表示，公司股票简称将变更为“天山生物”，股票代码仍为“300313”，股票交易的日涨跌幅限制不变，仍为20%。
