智通财经APP讯，禹洲集团(01628)发布公告，于2026年6月16日，卖方(公司间接全资附属公司The Center (58) Limited)拟向买方(鑫耀有限公司)出售该物业，代价为2.69亿港元。该物业包括中国香港皇后大道中99号中环中心58楼5801、5802、5803、5805、5806及5813室。该物业的一部分现时由集团用作办公室(自用部分)，而另一部分(非自用部分)于本公告日期则为空置。预期自用部分将于完成后由买方租回予卖方。
