新京报贝壳财经讯 6月15日，中国石化发布公告称，为维护公司价值及股东权益，公司计划以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份，回购金额不低于5亿元，且不超过10亿元，回购价格上限为7.55元/股，预计回购6623万股至1.32亿股，占总股本的0.05%至0.11%。
