财联社6月15日电，存储芯片概念午后活跃，北京君正、金太阳均涨超10%，兆易创新、恒烁股份、普冉股份、江波龙、神工股份跟涨。消息面上，据报道，SK集团董事长崔泰源表示，SK海力士计划到2034年将晶圆产能提高两倍，以满足人工智能推动下不断增长的存储芯片需求。
