格隆汇6月12日丨丰元股份(002805.SZ)公布，拟定增募集资金总额为不超过人民币14.28亿元（含本数），扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将用于年产10万吨高性能锂电池磷酸铁锂正极材料改扩建项目、年产5万吨高性能锂电池磷酸铁锂正极材料生产线项目、补充流动资金。
