6月12日，节能铁汉（300197）发布公告，董事、副总经理杨凯华因工作变动不再担任公司董事及相关职务，公司召开董事会决定补选李海波为非独立董事，任期自2026年第一次临时股东会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满时止。
2026年一季度，节能铁汉实现收入1.94亿元，归母净利润-1.21亿元。
