董琦，男，汉族，1976年12月生，四川南部人，省委党校在职大学学历。2000年1月参加工作，2002年6月加入中国共产党。
2000年1月至2012年3月，先后在南部县马王乡、南部县应急管理局、南部县政府办工作；
2012年3月至2023年5月，历任南部县法制办副主任、政府办副主任、人防办主任;
2023年5月至今，南部县国动办干部。
