新京报贝壳财经讯 6月10日，*ST天龙发布公告称，公司收到深交所终止上市决定，因2025年度经审计的期末净资产为负值且财务报告内部控制被出具否定意见，触及终止上市情形。公司股票将于2026年6月18日复牌并进入退市整理期，预计最后交易日期为2026年7月9日，退市整理期后股票将摘牌并转入退市板块。
