6月10日，小马智行在港交所公告，王皓俊已获委任为公司联席公司秘书，自2026年6月10日起生效。公司现任公司秘书吴东澄将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。王皓俊，49岁，为公司首席财务官，负责集团的企业融资交易、财务规划及管理事宜以及人力资源。
