人民财讯6月10日电，6月10日，澜起科技宣布，已成功向客户送样其DDR5第六子代寄存时钟驱动器芯片 (RCD06)。该芯片应用于新一代DDR5寄存式双列直插内存模组 (RDIMM)，将有力推动下一代计算平台性能升级。澜起科技的RCD06芯片支持高达9200 MT/s的数据传输速率，较上一代产品提升15%，充分满足下一代服务器平台对高带宽的严苛要求。
