近日，四方达（300179.SZ）在2025年度业绩说明会上表示，公司深耕CVD金刚石散热材料赛道，自研量产的CVD金刚石散热片热导率可达2000W/（m・K）以上，产品适配高性能GPU、CPU等高端电子产品散热场景。目前，公司金刚石散热片已通过客户测试，验证进展符合预期，并进入小批量供货阶段。同时，公司正加快推进沙雅年产2.5万片CVD金刚石散热基地建设，以更好匹配客户对批量、稳定交付的需求，保障订单顺利落地。
