6月4日，国泰航空（00293）发布公告，沈碧嘉将自2026年10月1日起辞任公司常务董事及财务总裁。马嘉俊将于沈碧嘉辞任后，获委任为公司常务董事及财务总裁。
马嘉俊，48岁，自2024年4月起出任太古散货董事及财务董事，马嘉俊曾在香港飞机工程有限公司的一家附属公司中担任财务总裁，并曾担任香港航空发动机维修服务有限公司财务及行政总经理。
