近日，四川成都，一食客曝光饺子馆餐桌上的醋瓶内壁惊现多条蛆虫蠕动。对此，涉事饺子馆工作人员回应称，可能是之前瓶子洗了没晾干，醋倒进去后导致二次发酵，现在天气比较热。醋瓶已经换新的了，消毒了再用的。
