据知情人士透露，Anthropic选定负责IPO的主要承销银行。
消息人士称，这家Claude聊天机器人开发商已选择摩根士丹利和高盛集团担任IPO主承销商。摩根大通也将参与该交易。
Anthropic考虑最快10月上市，并已保密提交上市文件。未来仍可能增加更多承销银行。
