近日，中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心科研团队联合国内多所高校，从野生玉米中成功挖掘出高蛋白基因THP3-T，实现我国玉米主栽品种蛋白含量的显著提升，有望减少畜禽饲料产业的豆粕用量，为降低我国大豆进口依存度、筑牢饲料供应链安全提供核心支持。该成果6月3日在国际学术期刊《自然》发表。
