据报道，知情人士透露，SpaceX正与华尔街投行洽谈，目标将本月IPO的承销费率定为低于0.75%，而大规模IPO的这一数字通常高于1%。据悉，作为牵头联席主承销商，高盛和摩根士丹利有望获得比其他21家银行更大的承销费率。
