法国时间6月1日，鸿海、Radiall与Thales在法国新阿基坦大区（Nouvelle-Aquitaine）勒巴尔普（LeBarp）共同为合资公司举行动土典礼。三方合资公司Tessalia Technology SAS，预计于2029年底开始投产，未来将专注于半导体封测业务（OSAT），目标在2033年前，每年生产超过5000万颗系统级封装元件。
