当地时间5月31日，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队宣布，过去24小时内有28艘包括油轮、集装箱船及其他商船在获得许可后，经过伊朗海军的协调和安全保障，从霍尔木兹海峡通过。
革命卫队还表示，波斯湾是属于该地区国家的水域，美国军队的侵略和破坏是近期该地区不安全的主要原因。霍尔木兹海峡的智能控制正在持续、坚定且有力地进行中。
