DoNews5月30日消息，5 月 30 日，AI 大模型公司 MiniMax Group（稀宇科技）已于 2026 年 5 月 29 日同中信证券签署辅导协议，正式启动 A 股 IPO 进程。
MiniMax 已于今年 1 月登陆港交所，发行价 165 港元 / 股，首日大涨 111.39%，目前市值达 2,634.54 亿港元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 2280.06 亿元人民币）。
