据报道，丹麦“学界养老基金”（AkademikerPension）首席投资官安德斯·谢尔德（Anders Schelde）5月29日表示，SpaceX不仅被“严重高估”，而且还存在“灾难性的公司治理结构”。SpaceX当前对IPO的目标估值至少为1.8万亿美元。
