5月29日，国家金融监督管理总局发布批复，同意解散沃尔沃汽车金融（中国）有限公司。
批复要求，接此文件后，沃尔沃汽车金融（中国）有限公司应立即停止一切经营活动，于15个工作日内向北京金融监管局缴回许可证，并按照有关法律法规要求办理相关手续。
