人民财讯5月28日电，5月28日，自然资源部召开5月例行新闻发布会，发布并解读《关于加快海洋药物和功能制品高质量发展的指导意见》。《指导意见》的工作目标是，力争到2030年，多项海洋创新药上市，产业增加值突破1300亿元，创新能力和集聚水平显著提升，综合实力进入国际前列。
