据金宏气体（688106.SH）官微消息，近日，金宏气体股份有限公司（简称“金宏气体”）与某国产半导体设备企业正式达成合作，提供电子特气产品供应服务。此次合作中供应的电子特气产品，均为金宏气体自主研发生产，将应用于半导体设备的研发、制造与工艺验证环节，为关键工艺提供稳定可靠的气体支撑。金宏气体将持续加强与半导体设备厂商、Fab厂的合作研发。
