北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 宋雨盈）5月27日，南京医药发布公告称，公司于5月25日在全国银行间市场发行了2026年度第一期中期票据，发行总额为5亿元。募集资金已于5月26日全额到账，将用于补充流动资金，偿还银行贷款。
根据公告，本次中期票据的发行利率为1.77%，期限为3年，兑付日为2029年5月26日。
