广东高三延迟1个月开学，官方回应

5月以来，广东多地相继发布了2026-2027学年普通中小学校校历，其中高三开学时间从往年的8月1日均调整至9月1日。这一变化迅速成为舆论关注的焦点。

Guangdong province has postponed the start of the senior year of high school from Aug 1 to Sept 1 for the 2026-2027 academic year, a move that has sparked widespread discussion among students and parents concerned about gaokao preparation time.

5月26日，广东省教育厅在“广东民声热线”上就此作出回应。

据微信公众号“广州日报”消息，广东省委教育工委委员、省教育厅党组成员、副厅长李璧亮表示，推出这个政策之前，广东差不多花了一年半的时间做了大量调研，同时也征求了教育部相关部门的意见，也统计了目前全国30多个省市区的情况。结合现有政策和调研，包括校长、老师、学生家长的综合意见，广东省教育厅非常慎重地做了这样的决定。

Responding on Tuesday, provincial education authorities said the decision came after more than a year of research, consultations with the Ministry of Education and reviews of practices across the country.

广东省教育厅基础教育与信息化处处长赵琦补充说，目前，高三开学时间，全国有约20个省份是9月1日开学，尤其是发达的省市，比如北京、上海、江苏、浙江等。另外，湖南、湖北、江西等省则将这个决定权交给了各地市。

“但对广东来说，省级应该扛起这个责任，因为高考是统一时间，不可能由各个地市来决定。”赵琦说，“最终促使我们下定这个决心的是，去年年底国家高中课程方案发布以后，已经对高三的上课时间做出了明确规定，所以我们也找到了比较好的依据。”

Officials said around 20 provinces and municipalities have already begun high school seniors' classes on Sept 1, including Beijing and Shanghai, and noted that a newly released national high school curriculum plan also provided policy support for the adjustment.

澎湃新闻注意到，此前，广东东莞有网友通过当地的“阳光热线问政平台”提出恢复高三年级8月1日开学。这名网友认为，压缩教学时间，等于让学生在高考前少了系统复习的机会。

Some parents and students, however, worry that the shorter school term could reduce systematic revision time before the national college entrance examination.

就此，官方答复称，根据广东省教育厅《关于制定2026-2027学年普通中小学校历的通知》以及相关会议有关要求，全省高三年级开学时间由往年的8月1日统一调整为9月1日，与其他年级同步。开学时间的调整，严格执行国家和省有关政策规定，是规范办学行为、遏制“教育内卷”、落实“健康第一”教育理念的必然要求，也是遵循教育规律促进学生全面发展的客观需要。

教育管理部门将督促指导各高中学校，严格按照新校历和课程方案，科学调整高三教学计划、优化备考节奏，细化分层辅导、线上答疑、学情监测等各项举措，全力保障高三备考工作平稳有序推进，确保备考质量不打折扣，与家长、社会携手为孩子的高考保驾护航。

Authorities said the adjustment is intended to curb excessive academic pressure and support students' overall development, while assuring families that schools would be guided to optimize teaching plans and maintain the quality of exam preparation.
