长江安庆段水位上涨，与上游来水和本地降水有关。受强对流天气影响，安庆本轮强降雨雨势猛、雨量大，5月23日8时至24日15时，全市377个站点降水超10毫米，大观区海口站点累计雨量达247.7毫米 。
